Ema Rubber has just introduced another Japanese Lean Manufacturing system into the factory - The Kanban System.

 

The Kanban systems allows full traceability of the Rubber product from it's initial mixing to the end finished product as it follows it through its inception to moulding to finishing by means of a unique tag and crate identifier. This system will allow us to faster correct any irregularities and find its cause and eradicate it so we can continue to produce higher quality products more efficiently. 

It is Ema's Policy to maintain stocks of all items that our customers require regularly in our large warehouse. That's way if any urgency arrives, Ema has always been able to deliver.
